What's new
- Quick-reply carousels — media carousels can now use quick-reply buttons (up to two per card), and they send reliably.
- Easier list messages — the list builder shows clear labels and live character counters, and you can drag rows to reorder them.
- Image headers from your Media Library — pick a header image for reply-button and link messages straight from your saved media, instead of pasting a link.
- Link previews — a link in a text message now shows its rich preview by default, just like in WhatsApp.
- Replies keep their quote — replying with a photo, video or document now keeps the original message it replies to, so the customer sees what you're answering.
