Tap View on a product card in a conversation to see the product's pictures, price, description and availability, without leaving the inbox.

See exactly which product a customer is asking about, right from the conversation.
What's new
- View opens the details — on a product carousel card: pictures, full name, price (a sale price first, with the full price struck through), description, availability, brand, condition and a link to the product page.
- View items on a multi-product message — lists the products it sent under the message's own section titles, and each one opens the same details.
- Copy the product's ID — with one tap, for looking it up elsewhere.
Worth knowing
- Details are read live from the sending number's catalogue, so the sheet reminds you they may have changed since the message was sent.
- A product that has left the catalogue says so, and keeps the name, picture and price it was sent with.
