Number rent now follows your plan's billing period
Renting a phone number now bills exactly to your plan's renewal date — one clear pro-rata charge up front, then rent renews together with your plan, whatever its period.
Released 28 July 2026
Your rented number and your plan now share one billing rhythm — rent always runs to your plan's renewal date, never past it and never short of it.
What's new
- One clear charge up front — when you rent a number, the first charge covers exactly the time until your plan's renewal date, worked out pro-rata from the monthly price. The checkout shows the span in plain words (for example "First 7 months 15 days") and the exact amount before you confirm.
- Renewals move with your plan — from then on, rent renews together with your plan: a monthly plan deducts a month of rent each renewal, a yearly plan deducts the year's rent in one go, always landing on your plan's due date.
- Plan changes sort themselves out — if your plan's renewal date moves, your number's rent re-aligns to it automatically on the next cycle.
