Instagram now counts everywhere it should

Your dashboard showed zero for everything when you filtered by an Instagram account, and scheduled replies could be accepted against a reply window that wasn't really open. Both are fixed.

Released 16 July 2026

Two places quietly treated Instagram as if it weren't there. Your dashboard now reports on it properly, and scheduled replies are checked against the right conversation.

What's new

  • Filtering the dashboard by an Instagram account works — picking one used to show zero for everything: messages, funnel, response rates, the daily charts, message types and spend. It looked exactly like an account nobody had used. All of it now reports your real Instagram activity.
  • Scheduled replies are checked against the right conversation — WhatsApp and Instagram only let you send a free-form reply within 24 hours of the customer's last message. We check that before accepting a schedule, and we were being too generous: a message to one Instagram account could open the window for another, and an incoming store order could open it even though nobody had actually messaged you. Those replies were accepted and then refused at send time. Now the check looks at the conversation the reply is actually for.
  • Nothing you have to do — no setting changed, and your existing scheduled messages are unaffected.
