The Features menu now shows what each feature does
The Features menu on WA.cr has been rebuilt into six categories, and every feature carries a small working picture of itself — so you can see what a capability does before you open its page. Voice calls and @usernames have joined the menu.

The Features menu was a long list of names. It is now six categories of cards, each one showing a small picture of the feature actually working.
What's new
- Six categories instead of three — Conversations, Marketing, Sales & bookings, Automation, Platform & trust, and Enterprise. The old grouping had grown lopsided, with almost half of everything filed under one heading, and the names had stopped describing what was inside them. Pick a category down the left and its features appear beside it, each with a line saying what the category is for.
- You can see what a feature does before you click it — every card carries a small moving picture of the capability itself: a message arriving in the shared inbox, a lead card moving to the next stage, a Thursday afternoon slot being booked, an offer fanning out to a list and one person replying. Point at a card and a larger version plays on the right, so you can tell broadcasts from templates without reading two paragraphs first.
- Voice calls and @usernames are in the menu now — both pages have been live for a while, but the only way to reach them was the footer or a search result. They sit in Conversations alongside the shared inbox and your other channels.
- It works from the keyboard — open the menu with Enter, move through the categories with the arrow keys, step into the cards, and close it with Escape. Screen readers are now told when the menu is open and which category you are on.
- Every category is on one page too — wa.cr/features lists all six sections with the same descriptions, if you would rather scroll than hover.
If you prefer less movement on screen, the menu respects that: turn on your device's "reduce motion" setting and the pictures hold still, showing the same thing without animating.
A couple of older links into the features page — the ones ending in #features-hub-engage and #features-hub-automate — point at categories that no longer exist. They now open the top of the features page instead, and everything on it is still there under its new heading.
