Book appointments in Google Calendar
Connect your own Google account and let your Auto Flows book, move, cancel and check appointments in your calendars.

Your Auto Flows can now put appointments straight into your own Google Calendar. A customer picks a slot on WhatsApp, and it's in your diary before the conversation ends.
Connect a Google account under Integrations → Google Calendar, either by signing in with Google or by pasting a service-account key — the same two choices as Google Sheets.
Then add a Google Calendar step to any Auto Flow:
- Book an appointment, with the date and time coming straight from your booking form's answers.
- Move an appointment when a customer reschedules — fields you leave blank stay as they were.
- Cancel an appointment, quietly or with an email to the guest.
- Check whether a slot is free before you offer it, and reply differently when it isn't.
The step saves the booking's id, so a later flow can find the same appointment to move or cancel it — save it onto the contact as well and it survives long after the conversation ends.
