Invite a teammate

Invite someone by email so they can join your team and help handle WhatsApp chats.

You can share your inbox with your team, so invite a teammate by email and they join to help reply to customers.

Steps

  1. Open WA.cr and go to your team settings.
  2. Tap Invite teammate.
  3. Enter their email address.
  4. Choose a role for them, such as Agent.
  5. Send the invitation.
  6. Ask them to check their email and accept.
  7. They sign in and join your team.

Choose the right role

When you invite someone, you pick their role. An Agent can handle chats, while an Admin can do more across settings. Pick the role that matches what they need to do, and you can change it later.

If it doesn't work

  • If they didn't get the email, ask them to check spam and confirm the address.
  • If the invite expired, send a fresh one.
  • If they can't sign in, make sure they accepted with the same email you invited.
