Become a WA.cr Partner
How the Partner code works, what the sign-up wizard asks, and how the setup and annual fees work.
A WA.cr Partner runs WA.cr under their own brand and onboards their own customers as tenants. You sign up with a Partner code, pay a one-time setup fee, and then fund a wallet that pays for your tenants.
Getting a Partner code
Partner sign-up is by invitation only. When WA.cr agrees to work with you, we send you a Partner code, such as WAP-7K2M-Q9RD.
- The code works once.
- It works only for the email address it was issued to. Sign in to WA.cr with an account whose email is that address, and verify the email from your account page if you haven't yet.
- Your fees are agreed with you and carried by your code. The wizard always shows the fees your code gives you.
- A code can have an expiry date, and an unused code can be withdrawn.
If your code is refused, the wizard tells you why: not recognised, already used, withdrawn, expired, or your email isn't verified.
Steps
- Sign in to WA.cr.
- Open the sign-up link that came with your code, or go to Become a Partner and type the code in.
- Partner code. The code is checked as you type.
- Business. Enter your business name and choose a handle. The handle is your organisation's address in WA.cr.
- Your markup. Choose what you'll add on top of WA.cr's list price when you quote your customers. This is for your own figures only: WA.cr never charges it.
- Pricing. See every plan at each discount tier: our list price, what you pay WA.cr, your price and your margin, plus message rates by market.
- Fees. Check the setup fee and the annual fee, each with GST.
- Create and pay. Create your organisation, optionally add your branding, then pay the setup fee.
Creating the organisation uses up your code. Nothing is charged until you pay the setup fee.
The fees
Partner pricing is custom, tailored to your scale. Your amounts are agreed with you, shared directly, and shown in the sign-up wizard before you pay anything. There are two fees, each charged with GST:

The setup fee is paid on a secure payment page. It is not paid from your wallet: the wallet opens once the setup fee is paid.
If you leave before paying
Your organisation, handle and code are kept for you. Open your Partner organisation page: while the setup fee is pending it shows the fee, the GST and the total, with a Pay setup fee button. Until the setup fee is paid you can set your branding, but you can't top up the wallet or add tenants.
After you pay
Your organisation becomes active as soon as the payment is confirmed. Next:
