The Meta-hosted AI that answers on your WhatsApp number now carries Meta's own product name — same feature, same setup, clearer name. Zapuu AI returns soon as something new.

The AI that answers customers on your WhatsApp number was built and run by Meta — so it now carries Meta's official product name, Meta Business Agent.
What's new
- Same feature, clearer name. Everything you configured — knowledge, skills, rollout, the test panel — is untouched. Only the name changed, everywhere: the sidebar, the setup pages, the inbox badge on AI replies, and the "is handling" chip on a conversation.
- Nothing to do. Your plan, pricing and settings all carry over exactly as they were. If you bought it as a monthly add-on, that add-on is now listed as Meta Business Agent.
- Why the change? Meta launched this AI worldwide under the name Meta Business Agent. Using their official name makes it clear who runs the AI and answers your customers.
Worth knowing
- Zapuu AI is coming back — as something new. The Zapuu AI name is reserved for WA.cr's own AI, built into the platform itself. Watch this space.
