Your customers' data rights, built in
Record an opt-out someone made by phone, export everything you hold about one person, download your do-not-email list, and every email broadcast now says who it is from and who to ask about data.
Released 14 October 2026
Answering your customers' privacy requests is now a few clicks, and every email broadcast carries what the law asks of it.
What's new
- Record an opt-out made by reply or phone. On a contact's page, tick "Unsubscribed from marketing email" when someone asks you to stop. Their email addresses go on your do-not-email list straight away. To add someone back, you confirm that they asked for it.
- Export one person's data. "Export data" on a contact's page downloads everything your workspace holds about them, ready for a data access request.
- Download your do-not-email list. Settings › Email › Do-not-email list has a "Download CSV" button, and contact exports gain an "Email opted out" column.
- Clearer email footers. Every email broadcast now says it is a promotional email from your business and gives your contact email, with your privacy policy when you have set one.
Worth knowing
- Set your contact email first. Email broadcasts need a contact email in Settings › Business identity before they send.
- Sender names on the shared address must include your business name, so people know who is emailing them.
- A STOP reply to a WhatsApp broadcast now opts that person out of your WhatsApp marketing.
