Set up your product catalogue right after connecting

If you told us you sell products, connecting a WhatsApp number now offers to set up your product catalogue for you — so customers can browse and order right inside the chat.

What's new

• One-click catalogue setup — right after you connect a number, a short "Sell on WhatsApp" step offers to create your product catalogue for you. No hunting through settings.
• Only if you sell — you'll only see it if you said you sell products when connecting. If you're here just to message customers, nothing changes.
• When adding a number later too — the same offer appears when an existing business adds a new selling number from Settings → Channels, without sending you through setup again.
• However you connect — including Connect with Facebook for a number you already use: we ask once whether you sell, then offer the catalogue to sellers only.
• Already have one? If you set up a catalogue in WhatsApp Manager, it's picked up automatically — just skip the step and open Products.
• Always optional — not ready yet? Choose "I'll do this later" and set it up any time from Products.
