What's new
- Product carousel in the + menu — right after Multiple products in the WhatsApp composer.
- 2 to 10 products — pick them from your connected catalogue and add a message.
- Cards drawn from your catalogue — each card shows the picture, name, price and a View button, and the conversation shows the same cards.

- It appears in a WhatsApp chat with a catalogue connected, like the other product messages.
- It sends inside the 24-hour chat window. Outside it, the composer points you to a product carousel template instead.
