Put a form on your storefront

Your forms and your storefront were two separate things you had to join up by hand. Now the page can carry the form itself.

What's new

• A new Form block. On Storefront → Home page, add Form the same way you add chat buttons or a booking link. Pick one of your published forms and save.
• You choose how it appears. Either a button that opens the form on its own address, or the questions themselves on the page — so a visitor can answer without going anywhere. Same form, same answers, either way.
• On the page, you decide what sits above the questions. Write your own heading, and choose whether to also show the form's own title and intro from the form builder.
• Only forms that work are offered. The list holds the forms you have published. A draft is not offered — its page is not public yet, so a link to it would go nowhere.
• It works on your other pages too. Any extra page under Other pages can carry a Form block, so a campaign page can collect answers on its own address.

Worth knowing

• A button keeps the page quick; the form on the page removes a step. Both matter — a button is lighter for someone on a phone on a slow connection, while a short sign-up or enquiry usually does better with nothing between the visitor and the questions. Start with whichever fits and change it any time.
• Your published questions are what visitors answer. Editing a form later never changes the meaning of answers already given, on your storefront exactly as on the form's own page.
• A closed form can still be on your page. It is marked as closed in the list, and it explains to anyone who arrives that it has stopped taking answers rather than showing a dead end.
• If you delete the form, the block says so. The console flags a block whose form is no longer published, so you can pick another one or take it off the page.
