Forms can show text, images and videos
In Forms, add formatted text, a picture or a YouTube or Vimeo video between your questions — and choose how the Submit and Continue buttons look.

Explain, show and invite in one place: a form can now carry formatted text, pictures and videos between its questions, and its buttons say and look the way you want.
What's new
- Rich Text. Add headings, paragraphs, bulleted and numbered lists, quotes and links anywhere in a form: a line introducing the next few questions, the terms someone agrees to, directions to your shop.
- Images. Upload a PNG, JPEG, WebP or GIF of up to 5 MB. Describe what it shows for people who cannot see it; the form will not publish until you have.
- Videos. Paste a YouTube or Vimeo link, unlisted Vimeo videos included, and it plays right in the form. YouTube videos load from its privacy-enhanced domain.
- Content moves like a question. Drag it, duplicate it, put it in a section or move it to another page. It never counts as a question, so it never appears in your responses, exports or automations.
- Your Submit button. Select it at the foot of the last page to change its words, where it sits (left, centre, right or full width), whether it is filled or outlined, and add an icon. These changes apply to your live form straight away.
- Continue, in your words. On a form with several pages, each page's Continue button can say what comes next: "Choose a date", "Almost done".
- Everything you have already published keeps working exactly as it did.
