Form headers and footers — rich text, a banner, and small print on every page

Your form's introduction is now rich text with an optional banner image, a footer can sit under the form on every page, and each page can have a header and footer of its own.

Released 24 September 2026

Open a form the way you want it read — and close it with the small print that belongs there.

What's new

  • A rich introduction. The text under your form's headline now takes headings, bold, italic, lists and links — the same editor as a text block.
  • A banner image. Put a picture above the headline: your shop front, your event, your product. Add a short description for people who cannot see it.
  • A form footer. Privacy notes, terms, how you will use the answers — shown under the form on every page, and still there under your thank-you message after someone sends.
  • Page headers and footers. Pin text, images or videos above or below a page's questions, with a heading of their own. Drag a block in or out; they can be shown only sometimes, like any block.
  • Styled page titles. Give a page title a size, an underline and an alignment, from the same choices as section headings.
  • Everywhere your form appears. Your form's own page, the embed on your website and the form block on your storefront all show the header and footer. Hiding the header on an embed hides the banner with it; the footer stays.
  • Nothing to redo. A form made before this keeps its introduction exactly as it was. Search engines and link previews still get a plain-text version, made for you each time you save.

In the form builder, open the header at the top of any form to start.
