Contact custom fields work like form fields
Contact custom fields can now show only when they apply, be required on several conditions, carry a placeholder, check a format such as PAN or GSTIN, and sit side by side.

The contact form now takes the same field settings as WA.cr Forms, so your team fills in only what applies, in the right format.
What's new
- Show only if — hide a field on the new-contact form and on Edit contact until its condition holds. A hidden field is never required and keeps any value it already has.
- Required on a group of conditions — Required only if now takes up to 10 conditions, all of which must hold or any one, built with the same rule editor as WA.cr Forms.
- Placeholders — on Text, Paragraph, Number, Website, Phone and Email fields.
- Format check on Text — PAN, GSTIN, PIN code, IFSC, vehicle number or your own pattern, with your own error message. A wrong value is flagged when you leave the field and blocks the save.
- Better choices — a one-line description under each option, laid out horizontally or vertically.
- Fields side by side — set a field's width to half and, on a wide screen, two fields share a row. A phone keeps one column.
