Connect Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 email without app passwords
Bring a company mailbox into your shared inbox through Google's and Microsoft's own APIs — an admin connects it once with organisation credentials, and nobody has to generate app passwords.

Connecting your company email just got easier: Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 mailboxes can now join your shared inbox through their official APIs — no app passwords, no mail-server settings.
What's new
- Google Workspace · API — your Workspace admin sets up access once (a service account with domain-wide delegation), pastes its key into the connect wizard, and the mailbox is live. Sending and receiving both flow through Google's own Gmail API.
- Microsoft 365 · API — the same idea for Outlook: an admin registers the app in Microsoft Entra, approves mail permissions once, and connects any mailbox in the organisation with its credentials.
- Everything else works the same — replies land in the shared inbox next to WhatsApp, automations trigger on new mail, and email stays free with no per-message charge.
- Classic connections stay — Gmail, Outlook, iCloud, Yahoo, Zoho or any custom server still connect with SMTP/IMAP and an app password, exactly as before.
One thing to know: importing past email history isn't available on API connections yet — the mailbox starts fresh from the moment you connect it.
