Send a WhatsApp Flow as a broadcast
Send an interactive Flow form to a whole segment or list, with data filled in per contact, and see every reply on the flow's Responses page.

Your broadcast composer can now send a WhatsApp Flow — an in-chat form — to a whole audience, not just a template.
- Template or Flow — the Message step now lets you choose between a template and a WhatsApp Flow.
- Pick a published flow, set the button label and message, and choose which screen opens first.
- Fill the flow per contact — each value you pass in can be a fixed value, a contact field, or a
{{variable}}(including the new{{var.random}}), worked out for every recipient as it sends. - Every reply is tracked — each recipient gets a unique link, so completed forms show up on that flow's Responses page, tied to the broadcast.
One thing to know: a flow is an interactive message, so WhatsApp only delivers it to people with an open 24-hour conversation. To reach a cold audience, use a template broadcast — or a template with a Flow button.
